Diana Suarez is an associate attorney at The Law Office of Omid Nosrati. Ms. Suarez represents employees in a variety of employment disputes, including wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, and wage and hour litigation, including class actions.
Ms. Suarez early successes include her helping obtain settlements for her clients in a range of cases including wrongful termination, pregnancy discrimination, and disability discrimination.
Ms. Suarez joined the firm in May 2014 as a law clerk while she was a law student at Loyola Law School, Los Angeles. During her time at Loyola, Ms. Suarez was involved in La Raza de Loyola and Women’s Law Association. She also served as the Vice President of the Employment Law Society of Loyola and a Note and Comment Editor at the Loyola of Los Angeles Entertainment Law Review. Additionally, Ms. Suarez was selected as a summer 2014 Employee Justice Fellow by the Foundation for Advocacy Inclusion & Resources (FAIR).
In the spring of 2014, Ms. Suarez completed an externship for Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Teresa Sanchez-Gordon. There, Ms. Suarez worked on several employment law cases involving race discrimination, disability discrimination, gender discrimination, wrongful termination, retaliation, failure to provide reasonable accommodation, and wage and hour suits.
Diana Suarez is also fluent in Spanish and French.
