About
Daniela Sanchez is an associate attorney with over seven years of experience in employment litigation. Her commitment to representing aggrieved employees began during her tenure as a full-time legal assistant at a boutique plaintiff-side employment firm in Los Angeles, where she developed a deep understanding of workplace rights and employee advocacy. This experience solidified her commitment to pursuing a legal education and dedicating her career to championing the rights of employees throughout California.
Daniela earned her Juris Doctor in 2023 and has since continued her mission of advocating for employees who have suffered workplace injustices, now in her capacity as a licensed attorney. Her practice focuses on wrongful termination cases involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour violations.
Daniela is admitted to practice before the State Bar of California and the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
