- Accommodate your medical needs. About 60% of pregnant women report that they were not given reasonable accommodations. These could include allowing for more frequent breaks, providing a stool or chair, reassigning certain job duties, or relocating you to a different position.
- Provide reasonably frequent breaks and a lactation room or other private space
- Avoid discriminating against, harassing, or retaliating against an employee because of their pregnancy
